About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Digital Wolf (“Digital Wolf”, “we”, “us”) about your use of this website, keensec.ai, including its forms, resources and the Spot the Signal exercise. KeenSec is a Digital Wolf product brand. By using the website you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use it.
If you submit a form on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to do so.
The website and the KeenSec product
The KeenSec product (portal.keensec.ai) is not sold or provided through this website. There is no public sign-up and no online payment. We onboard each organisation ourselves after an NDA and a signed customer agreement, order form and Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Those signed documents govern use of the product, including pricing, billing, renewals, cancellation, refunds, warranties and liability.
These terms don’t change a signed customer agreement. If they conflict, the signed agreement wins. Prices, plans and descriptions on this website are information, not an offer; a quote binds us only once it is part of a signed order form.
Using the website
You may browse the website, read its resources and try the exercise. You must not:
- try to break into, probe or scan the website or our services without our written permission (to report a security issue, write to security@keensec.ai);
- scrape, copy or collect content in bulk using automated means, or send automated or bulk submissions to our forms;
- submit false information, or someone else’s details without their permission;
- upload or send malicious code, or do anything that overloads or disrupts the website;
- use the example lures, screenshots or exercises to deceive real people, or present sample content as real data, a security audit or an incident record.
We may block access to anyone who breaks these rules.
Simulations and authorised testing
Phishing examples on this website are for education only. Real simulations can be run only through the KeenSec product, by customer organisations, and only where:
- the customer is authorised to test the people, domains and channels involved;
- the customer approves each simulation before it is launched;
- any use of a third party’s brand or assets is covered by appropriate rights or permission and stays within the approved campaign scope.
The customer agreement sets out these obligations in full.
Content, trademarks and reuse
The content of this website, including text, design, illustrations, product screens, lure examples and the Spot the Signal exercise, is owned by or licensed to Digital Wolf. The KeenSec name and logo are Digital Wolf brands. Other product and company names belong to their owners; mentioning them does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
The website uses the Geist and Geist Mono typefaces under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (licence text).
You may link to any page and quote short extracts with attribution and a link back. Substantial reproduction, redistribution or commercial reuse needs our written permission: write to legal@keensec.ai.
Liability
The website is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude warranties that the law would otherwise imply, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content.
If your breach of section 3 causes a claim against us by someone else, you are responsible for the loss your breach caused, to the extent the law allows.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, or any rights you have that cannot be waived.
Links and availability
Links to other websites are for convenience. We don’t control those websites and are not responsible for them. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this website at any time.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from them will be resolved by the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, which have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version, and using the website after an update means you accept it.
