What is policy attestation?
Policy attestation is an employee confirming that they have read and accept a specific version of a policy. Policy Manager collects these acknowledgements and keeps a dated record for each person and version.
Can Policy Manager send reminders automatically?
Yes. You set the deadline and reminder schedule. Employees who haven’t acknowledged are reminded automatically, and anyone still outstanding is escalated to their manager.
What happens when we update a policy?
Publish the new version and KeenSec asks the relevant people to acknowledge it again. Earlier acknowledgements stay in the history.
